A few people have been reporting including me that the latest firmware has a dpi changing bug that you can only fix by hitting your dpi switch, this is annoying though as it seems to frequently happen as you're playing, you could be in a gun fight and your sensitivity basically just changes, I'd avoid downloading the latest firmware until there's a fix for this, alot of people have reported this bug on overclock.net in the mice section which you can easily find proof of here. Here & here. Just make sure you're using the 3.1.4. SteelSeries Engine and the firmware that comes with that and not the 3.1.5. Driver and firmware, setting both your dpi settings in the driver to the same setting does not resolve this as the firmware has created an issue within the mouse its self causing it to change dpi randomly without any settings being changed in the drivers, the only way to fix it is to hit the dpi switch again and your sensitivity will revert back to normal but this happens so frequently that it becomes a pain so I recommend using the older driver and firmware version to avoid any issues until they've fixed it.
